Dr. Joe
Joe DO is the Medical Director for WEL Palm Beach. Starting out his career Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA while completing his Emergency Medicine residency at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in 2010. Joe has been a traveling ER physician for over a decade and works in hospitals and medical centers all over the United States.
Dr. Joe has worked in the medical field in many areas such as addiction medicine, general medicine and wellness, and is a licensed botox and medical fillers physician. While doing all of this for the past 5 years, he has gained a gateway into the vastness of telemedicine ,and his medical expertise and afforded him the ability to procure the medical licenses of all of the states in the US.

Area Administrator | Jessica F.
Jessica is WEL Palm Beach’s Area Owner. She prides herself in maintaining quality control, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring customers receive positive experiences that result in improved overall wellbeing. Jessica’s mantra: Leave every patient feeling better than before we arrived. With a background in marketing and a passion for wellness, overseeing and guiding the direction of the Palm Beach County location is a natural fit for Jessica.
NURSES
Dr. Nia Spicer-Thomas, APRN, FNP-BC
Nia is a doctorate prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in house calls and mobile provider services. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biobehavioral Health from the Pennsylvania State University and went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. She also obtained her Master of Science and Doctoral degrees in a dual enrollment program from the Florida Atlantic University with plans to offer total wellness services. Her goal is to enhance overall health and wellness by implementing holistic yet scientific based solutions.
JaLissa Wilson, RN
JaLissa is a Registered Nurse with 9 years experience in Neonatal/Pediatric Critical Care. She specializes in small, hard to get veins!! She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She is skilled at responding quickly to emergent situations, should they arise. With excellent communication, interpersonal and time management abilities, she can’t wait to revive your wellness!!!

Denise is an NP with over 12 years of infusion experience, some even call her “the vein whisper”.
